ELIGIBILITY

• Articles purchased online or in-store are eligible for exchange or return within 30 days of delivery or purchase.
• Items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed with all tags intact.
• Items must be present in their original packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase either the original receipt or order confirmation email is required to process exchanges and returns.
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.
• You will be required to share proof if you have received an article that is defected, in wrong size, or is incorrect.

EXCHANGES

ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY

• An exchange request can be initiated via sales@ayeshakhurshid.com  or by calling +92 331 1234567 within 30 days of order delivery.
• Proof of purchase the order confirmation email and order number must be provided.
• Exchanges are subject to verification of product condition and eligibility.
• Ayesha Khurshid will arrange a doorstep pick-up of the item(s).
• Once the items are received and verified, the requested items will be shipped.
• The exchange process takes approximately 7–10 working days.
• If the requested item is out of stock, customers will be issued a credit voucher of equivalent value, redeemable online.
• Sale/discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

IN-STORE EXCHANGE POLICY

• Articles purchased in-store may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase from any Ayesha Khurshid outlet.
• Proof of purchase— the original receipt/invoice must be provided

REFUND POLICY

• Cash refunds are not offered.
• In cases where an exchange or alternative solution cannot be provided, Ayesha Khurshid may issue a refund in the form of a credit voucher exclusively redeemable online.
